His experience reaches back to Empire of America Realty Credit Corp, Guild Mortgage, National Pacific Mortgage-Old Kent Financial, Fifth Third Bank, and BankersWest Funding. Mr. Wood leads Residential Bancorp, by example, with honesty, integrity, vision, and a tenacious work ethic. These characteristics are emulated through the entire company. Bill James is the President of Residential Bancorp and leads the mortgage team from the company’s branch in Canton, Ohio.

John Pirillo is an industry-leading expert in Secondary Markets who began a strong mortgage career in 1983 as a Mortgage Loan Consultant. After many successful Mortgage and Real Estate ventures, John became the VP of Secondary Marketing at ETrade Mortgage in 1998, managing a 1 Billion dollar pipeline risk exposure to financial markets volatility. Later he began his own Consulting for Secondary Marketing, which is where he originally met Corey Wood, our CEO.
Holly brings 30 years as a Chief Compliance Officer to the mortgage lending industry. Holly and the Compliance Team will be responsible for managing all aspects of regulatory compliance, including: risk management, policies and procedures, legal/state research, loan documents, licensing, state and regulatory exams, regulatory reporting, privacy, quality control, fraud, consumer complaints, adverse action, HMDA, RESPA, TILA, GLB and fair lending monitoring. Holly has presented at many industry conferences including the RMA Retail Risk Conference, CRA & Fair Lending Colloquium and has published articles in the Operational Risk and Regulation and industry blogs.
